To build a long-lasting relationship with your customers, you must consider interacting with them in their native language.
With Return Helper, you can send multilingual email notifications to support users across multiple regions.
For example, a customer whose order language is set to German will get email notifications in german, while customers whose order language is set to Japanese will be notified in Japanese.
How can you set multiple languages for your email notifications?
Go to the Shopify Return section in your RH account.
Under the Shopify Notification Customization tab, click on + Add Language
Click on the drop-down. Here you can see all the languages configured for your email notifications.
Note: By default, the language is set to English
To add, or remove language click on Add/Delete.
When you add a new language, it will not auto-copy the content of your default language, you have to make sure the subject and content of the 4 email notifications are filled.
