๐ง Add token to Shopify in Return Helper User Portal
Login to your User Portal > Token > Shopify > Add Token
Copy your Shopify store original URL (yourstorename.myshopify.com) and paste it into the link field > Link
* Please fill the URL without https
Creating a return label for your Shopify order:

View your Shopify order in Search Shopify Transaction Navigate to Search Shopify Transaction by clicking on Shopify Return > Shopify Transaction in the left navigation panel.

Click the "+" button in the Action column to create a return Click the "+" button on the order to create a return label.

Select items to create the return label You can check the fulfillment status of the items in this step.

Parcel Content: This section will be pre-filled and cannot be edited.

Shipment: The country will be automatically filled based on the buyer's country. Click on Service Type and select your preferred carrier from the drop-down menu.

Buyer Information: Most of the fields in this section will be automatically filled based on the fulfillment address. You just need to enter your street number into the Address 2 field and select the correct state from the drop-down menu.

Click Save. You will then be taken to Return Request Detail Click on the label URL to download the return label.
- You can also find the return record on the Shopify Returns > Search Shopify Returns page.
When you complete Create Shopify Return Label, the system will automatically send a Return Approved letter with the return label to notify the buyer.
