Resend instruction
1. log in to Return Helper, click on Return Inventory > My Return Inventory in the menu on the left
2. Find your return in the Return Inventory
3. Go to the Return Inventory Details page, select the handling method you want, and click Update Handling.
⭐Resend mean send to new buyers. After Update handling, you can fill in the new buyer's information. The order cut-off time is 4:00 p.m HKT from Monday to Friday. Some logistics companies that have been connected to the system will automatically generate logistics order numbers after 4:00 p.m., and the rest will update the tracking numbers before 12:00 noon the next day. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. on Friday and on weekends will be arranged on Monday. If you need to cancel, please arrange it before the order cut-off time. No order can be cancelled after the order cut-off time.
⭐If you need to consolidate multiple packages for shipment, you can follow the steps below and only need to enter the same address once.
⭐If you need to upload orders in batches, please click "Import CSV", download the template, and fill in the relevant service options according to this page.
⭐For International resend,please note the correct country in the "Remark" column and fill in the correct address in Address 1 and Address 2. For other options that cannot be filled in, just leave one of the options as the default. Finally, select other service and provide invoice to CS for arrangement.
4. After submitting, click Search Resend in the left column to check the status. If the submitted return is displayed as "Completed", it means it has been completed. You can click to view the Tracking number.
⭐For resend status, it will not be updated immediately sometimes. After a few days, it will suddenly skip the nearby post office scanning and go directly to the next site to scan, or go directly to the customer's local site to scan and then immediately show the signature. So if the logistics resend is not updated, please kindly wait for it.
Types of handing options (required)
- Dispose - dispose of the returned item
- On-Hold - store the returned item in the warehouse temporarily (FR warehouse can only keep them for 14 days. If they exceed 14 days, they will be destroyed or returned to HK according to the situation)
- Pending - pending returns
- Recall - Recall returned items to Hong Kong
- Resend - Resend to a newly specified address
- Others - Please discuss this with customer service before selecting this option. This option is irreversible, so please do not make this selection yourself.
