Recall to Hong Kong instruction
1. Select Return Inventory > My Return Inventory and click on the RMA you would like to recall
2. After entering the return inventory details page, select Recall in the Next Handling menu on the right and click update handling.
3.After selecting a Recall, you can check the status of the Recall in the "Search Recall" page on the right column. "in progress" means that the warehouse is arranging for packaging, "in transit" means that the goods have been arranged for transit, and "ready to pick up" means that the goods are already in the HK warehouse waiting to be picked up.
4.The arrival time of recall goods is generally about 2-3 weeks, and there will be some delays during peak seasons. After the goods arrive, the Return Helper will send an email notification. Please arrange to pick up the goods within one week after receiving the email, otherwise there will be an additional warehouse storage fee of 1USD per week per list.
Recall to other counties
1.Please click on "Create Consolidate Shipping Order" to proceed.
2.Next, you can select the RMA to be shipped out,
or you can enter RMAs in bulk in the "Input RMA to filter" section,
and the system will display the RMAs you entered.
3.After creation, the status will display as "Created."
You can still click on "More Actions" to modify any shipping information,
or "Actions" to add or remove RMAs for processing at this stage.
4.After clicking "Confirm Order," you will enter the quotation process.
RH will provide a quote based on the information you entered,
and you can still adjust the shipping details during this stage.
If you are satisfied with the price, you can click "Confirm Shipping Cost."
After clicking, the status will change to "Ready-To-Ship,"
and you will no longer be able to make any changes through the system.
Note:
This feature is only recommended for extremely large shipments
that cannot be processed through the system,
as well as situations that exceed the rate card limits.
If your case does not fit these categories,
please use the existing features to operate your order.
