Apply for VAS in On Hold status

1. In My Return Inventory, select the RMA number to be put on hold. After entering the return inventory details page, select On Hold in the Next Handing menu on the right and click Update Handling to save the following value-added services.

⭐Product inspection

 2. If product inspection is required, please note the required inspection items in the Product Inspection note at the bottom of the page and tell us what we need to inspect.

⭐Take Pictures

3.If you need to apply for additional photos, you can note the content you need to take in the notes of the Take picture page. The quantity can be 1-3.

⭐Split Parcel

4.If a return package contains multiple products and you only need to send one to the buyer, you can first apply for a split parcel in the system, and also note how to split it in the notes field. Fill in the number of pieces to be split. For example, if a package has 4 pieces and needs to be split into 2 packages, each with 2 pieces, then fill in the quantity as "2".

• Format Mobile phone / Ipad
• Check Mobile Phone IMEI / iPad Serial number
• Check Mobile Phone / iPad Lock status
• Product inspection（Carry out close examination on returned items as requested by customers）
• Repack （Repackage the returned item/box by wrapping with bubble wrap）
• Take pictures （Take a few more photos as requested by customers）
• Split Parcel 

5. Lastly, please remember to click Save VAS.
