FBA Instruction Restock

FBA Restock means transfer the items to "My Return Inventory" to directly request for Resend or other operations.

1. Log in to the Return Helper, and click FBA Return > FBA Inventory > Create Instruction 

2. Select the FNSKU to be operated on and choose "Next Step"> Restock option

• Suppose there are 10 items in this batch of SKUs to be forwarded, to assign 1 item to the same customer, please enter "1" and repeat 10 times; to assign 5 items to the same customer, please enter "5" and repeat the entry twice.

4. After input, please check ‘FBA Instruction Restock’ and wait for the warehouse to update to add RMA.

When the warehouse is updated, click on RMA, it will link to the Return Inventory Detail page.

5. After clicking into RMA, you can select one of the following processing methods to process the return
