FBA Instruction Replenish

This option means sending the returns back to Amazon platform

1. Log in to the Return Helper, and click FBA Return > FBA Inventory > Create Instruction 

2. Select the FNSKU to be operated on and choose "Next Step"> Replenish option>Input the Instruction Quantity

3. After the operation is completed, you can go to the FBA Instruction Replenish page to view details and select ”Action“

⭐If you need relabel, please fill in the new FNSKU. If you do not need a relabel, please fill in the original FNSKU.

4.Then the handling status change to "In-progress",if you need to relabel,please provide instruction number and sku label to CS team process it.

5. After the label and repack are completed, Replenish Status will be updated to show "Repacked". The system will give this batch of relabeled and replenished items an FBA Shipment Number, the package size and weight are provided.

6. When packaging is completed, the system will send a notification to your email.

7. Click "marked ready to ship" and upload the Amazon shipping label directly; If you use RH shipping label, please select ‘Return Helper Shipping Label’ and enter Amazon address. Finally, click Save.

8. Once submitted, the status will show "Ready" and waiting for the warehouse to arrange the shipment.
