Create Prepaid Label Online

1. log in to Return Helper, click on "Create Return Label" in the menu on the left

2. Add a new line item (please note that the unit is gram)

3. Fill in the buyer information in the form 

＊ Please fill in the local call or mobile phone number, note that the country code is not required.

＊ To make the creation successful, the German street number must be filled in the Address 2 field separately

⭐For all return labels, if the zip code sent by the buyer does not match the actual address or the weight is greater than the size and weight entered when creating the return label, RH will charge the additional fees after 3-4 weeks.

4. Return shipping cost and operation fee will be calculated automatically

5. To cancel the label, please go to the system point "Cancel Current Label" within 21 days from the self-created date. Refunds cannot be arranged if it exceeds 21 days.
