System Balance Check and Top-up Guide

Balance Inquiry

1. Locate "$ USD" at the bottom of the left sidebar in Return backend
2. Click to enter the Billing page to check system balance

Top-up Methods Overview

The system supports the following top-up methods:

• Manual top-up: Supports PayPal, Payoneer, and Stripe
• Automatic top-up: Currently only supports PayPal

PayPal Top-up Process

• Manual Top-up
  • Click "Top Up" button at the top of the Billing page
  • Select PayPal as payment method
  • Enter desired top-up amount
  • Click "Authorize & Top-up" button to complete
    
    
• Automatic Top-up Setup
  • Find "Auto Top with PayPal" tab on the Billing page
  • Click the button below the tab
  • Log in to PayPal account
  • Set up automatic top-up conditions

Stripe credit card top-up process

1. Click Stripe button on the far right of the Billing page
2. Click "Authorize & Top-up" to enter payment page (system will automatically fill in User's Company Email)

Choose one of the following payment methods:

A. Single Use (Without Saving Credit Card)

• Enter credit card information directly
• No need to enter phone number
• Complete payment

B. Save Credit Card Methods

1. Method 1:
   • Enter credit card information
   • Enter phone number for binding
2. Method 2:
   • Click "Payment Method > link"

      • Enter credit card information to save
        Note: Use Method 2 if you want to save credit card information with a different Email

   
   C. Apple Pay Payment (Mobile Only)

   1. Use mobile version of User Portal
   2. Enter Billing page
   3. Click Stripe button
   4. Select Apple Pay button to make payment
   
   

Saved Credit Card Usage Process

1. Select Stripe top-up
2. System will send verification code to phone
3. Enter verification code
4. Complete payment with saved credit card

Payment Records Inquiry

View different types of transaction records on the Billing page:

Payment Records

• PayPal Records: PayPal top-up history
• Payoneer Records: Payoneer top-up history
• Stripe Records: Stripe top-up history

  • Payment Type = Link: Indicates use of saved credit card
  • Other Types: Indicates use of non-saved credit card
  • Invoice download available
  • Records typically appear within one minute

 

Other Transaction Records

• Refund: System refund records (e.g., cancelled shipping label fees)
• Transaction: All system operation deduction records
