If you use our return label or it is lost or damaged when resend, you can notify CS team to open case for you.
If the logistics confirms that compensation can be made, the claim period is usually 1-3 months.
Please notes:The amount of compensation will be determined by the logistic company. Return Helper will not compensate for any lost parcel.
The following are the details of state compensation in each country.
US
1.For USPS GA/PM and UPS services, if shipment was lost in transit,there is no compensation for the service itself. If you need compensation, you need to purchase additional insurance services, which will be purchased according to the declared value. Please contact customer service for details.
2.For parcels damaged during UPS transportation, UPS can compensate up to 100USD.
However, the following pictures are required to submit to UPS for claim.
UK
1.For parcels damaged or lost during transportation, DPD can compensate up to £50.
2.Royal Mail can compensate up to £150.
3.Evri can compensate up to £25
DE
For parcels damaged or lost during transportation, DHL can compensate up to EUR 500.00.
FR
For parcels damaged or lost during transportation,Chronopost 18 Door to Door&Chronopost 2shop can compensate up to EUR 250
AU
1.There is no compensation for Aupost service if the parcels damaged or lost during transportation.
2.Sendle service can compensate up to AUD 100.00
CA
There is no compensation for Canada post service.
JP
For parcels damaged or lost during transportation, SAGAWA can compensate up to JPY 300,000.00
SG
There is no compensation for Ninja Van service.
