1. Log in to the Return Helper, and click FBA Return > FBA Inventory on the left.
2. Select the FNSKU to be operated on.
3. If an FBA item needs to be forwarded to a normal customer, you can select ‘Restock’ and enter the quantity under “Create Instruction”.
- Suppose there are 10 items in this batch of SKUs to be forwarded, to assign 1 item to the same customer, please enter "1" and repeat 10 times; to assign 5 items to the same customer, please enter "5" and repeat the entry twice.
4. After input, please check ‘FBA Restock’ and wait for the warehouse to update to add RMA.
5. After the warehouse is updated, click on RMA, it will link to the Return Inventory Detail page.
5. After clicking into RMA, you can select one of the following processing methods:
Dispose
Recall
Resend
Others
On-Hold
7. Another processing method to select is: to click My Return Inventory > Search RMA in the menu on the left, and click More Filter.
8. Enter RMA Code >> click search
