1. In the return inventory details page, select the service you want to operate in the right-hand “Next Handling” menu.
2. After entering the return inventory details page, select “Resend” or “Recall” in the right-hand “Next Handling” menu, and click “Update Handling”.
3. Click to expand “Parcel Handling” to view the status of “Resend” and “Recall”.
•If the submitted return shows as “Completed” under “Resend”, it means the process is complete. You can click to view the tracking number.
4. The tracking number for “Resend” will be updated in the “Resend Detail”, as indicated in the image below.
5. On the “Search Recall” page, you can check the status of the inventory in the “Recall Inventory Status” field.
•In-progress: We have received the order and are processing it (you can still cancel at this stage).
•In-transit: The item is in transit (AWB will be uploaded).
•Ready-to-pick-up: The item has arrived at the warehouse, and you can pick it up. (Recall items usually take about 2-3 weeks to arrive).
