1. Select Return Inventory > My Return Inventory and click on the RMA you would like to recall
2. In Return Inventory Detail, Choose Recall from the drop-down menu and click update handling
3. After processing a recall, you can check its status from Recall > Search Recall
- ‘In progress’ means the recall is still being processed,
- ‘Completed’ means the recall is completed.
4. The tracking number returned by Recall will be updated in the "AWB" section
*It takes about 2-3 weeks for a recall to arrive. We will notify you by email once it has arrived.
