On Hold

1. In the menu bar, click on My Return Inventory, choose the return you would like to put on hold, and click "update handling"

2. If you need product inspection, please specify what kind of inspection is needed 

• Format Mobile phone / Ipad
• Check Mobile Phone IMEI / iPad Serial number
• Check Mobile Phone / iPad Lock status
• Product inspection（Carry out close examination on returned items as requested by customers
• Repack （Repackage the returned item/box by wrapping with bubble wrap）
• Take pictures （Take a few more photos as requested by customers）
• Split Parcel 

3. If you need a repackaging service, please specify how the repackaging should be done and if the change of packaging box is required

4. Lastly, please remember to click Save
