1. log in to Return Helper, click on Return Inventory > My Return Inventory in the menu on the left
2. Find your return in the Return Inventory
3. Click on the return RMA item that needs to be operated
4. Select the handling method you need and click "Update Handling"
Types of handing options (required)
- Dispose - dispose of the returned item
- On-Hold - store the returned item in the warehouse temporarily
- Pending - pending returns
- Recall - Recall returned items to Hong Kong/Taiwan
- Resend - Resend to a newly specified address
- Others - Please discuss this with customer service before selecting this option. This option is irreversible, so please do not make this selection yourself.
