Return Request Detail Page

Please choose the following method to access the return request detail page based on your return type:

1.Brand Return: Search Branded Return > Click on the shipment number to access the return request detail.

2.Shopify Return: Search Shopify Return >Click on the order ID, then click on the shipment detail to access the return request detail.

3.Return Inventory: Search RMA > Click on the seller reference number to access the return request detail.

After returns are arrived in the warehouse, you can note the order information or mark the SKU
