1. log in to Return Helper, click on "My Shipments" in the menu on the left
2. At "Shipment Status" the tracking number can be used to check the arrival status the next day after the return arrives
3.If a buyer reuses the same return label, due to system limitations, the uploaded duplicate tracking number will have an A added to the end. For example, if a buyer uses the tracking number 1Z123456789 for the first time, the system will use the tracking number 1Z123456789A the next time the buyer uses the label for easy identification because the system already has an upload record.
