Create and Cancel Return Label

1. Click on "Return Request Detail" to further process your return

2. After the creation is successful, you can download the return label at "Label URL"

*If only pdf. is displayed, it means that the balance is insufficient, please top-up.

Note:

*To cancel the label, please go to the system point "Cancel Current Label" within 21 days from the self-created date. Refunds cannot be arranged if it exceed 21 days.
*The label cancellation fee will be refunded within 2-3 working days

* It may take 10-20 minutes to download if the system is busy.
