Your Customer Return Journey with Return Helper
Step 1.
Customers will be directed to the return portal from your website.
They’ll need to select which items they’re returning and why. Once they're done, a confirmation email containing a return label will be sent to the customer!
Fill in the following information under product information;
- Order ID
- Weight: must be greater than or equal to 50.
- Item SKU code: E.g. M286CTs02WHTE-1
- Description: Description of the item that you are returning. E.g. Clothing、Shoes
- Address: Address Line 1 is for the street name.
Apartment number, Street number, Apartment, Suite, Floor, and Unit should be on address line 2
Customers will be required to fill up all fields before they are able to click on the "calculate shipping cost" button.
Step 2.
Make payment.
Step 3.
An email notification will be sent within 3-5 minutes after the payment.
Print out the return label and paste it on the parcel.
Step 4.
Drop off the return parcel
If your customers are in the US. They can drop off at any USPS or FedEx station.
